well well well, i've been sleeping really early. few times i slept before 12am. i was tired, decided to lie down on my comfy bed and read novel. the next minute, i would ask my bro to off the iTunes and the lights. haha.

anyway, went out with Jo, we had Wendy's for dinner. It was a good catch up. i shared with her few things about me and i'm glad i did :) it was around 8 plus when we finished our dinner so i asked her if she could accompany me to shop for CNY clothes. we went to 313. i wanted to get a dress but nothing caught my eyes. every dresses i saw had some flowery prints on them. and i got bored looking and trying them on. and we moved on to forever21. i found a top and a short pants that says me! ahaha. that's what jo said anyway. i likeeeeeeee. it is very simple but but but it has this sweet look when i wore it. I LIKEEEE! haha.

oh i caught legion with a friend and it was nice. a little bit disappointed on how it ended thou.

okay, i am getting really sleepy again. but i wanna eat my lunch first. byebye.

and so i've cut my hair short. it's shorter than i'd like it to be. why? because i brought along my dad with me to the salon. from the moment i sat waiting for the hairstylist, he already told me what's the appropriate length. and while the hairstylist was still cutting my hair, he asked if it's enough, i told him yes and my dad would just snapped out of no where no no, more more. . . .we were practically arguing over my hair. he even said, it's his decision and to trust him. hahaha, i wanted to laugh when he said that. i mean, it's my hair youuu knowwwww. later on, my mom told me there's even a man laughing looking at us. well, actually i am thankful i have such a dad who would go with me to have my haircut, sat beside me watching and made sure i had the best haircut (at least, to him). :D

Wedding was great and really beautiful. the theme was hello kitty. i wore the heels and it was very tiring. the food was great! we had this small buffet area for family only so i didn't have to queue! wanted to catch the bouquet of bride's flower, got ready to jump and noooo i didn't get it!

I had an extra class for int'l students today. My Taiwanese friend didn't wanna attend so she asked me to tap for her. I decided to sit at the very last row of seats in the lecture hall (FYI, my friends and i always sit at the front. not bluffing) as i din wanna be like the odd girl sitting at the front by myself! First, there was no one beside me. A girl who came late took the seat and i saw that she had this confusing look when she saw i had this set of notes and she didn't. So i told her that she had to go take it at the corner of the table. Well, i was surprised that she knew i was an Indonesian and that i always sit at the front seats. haha. so much of trying to keep a low profile in school.

Anyway, she joined her friends later on and a guy who came late took over her seat. and he asked if i was an Indon and he started asking in Bahasa if i knew how the attendance system in SIM works. We talked about few things (moving on from SIM stuffs) and i find we got along quite well. He asked for my BB pin, but i don't have (crapp man, i have BB but i don't use BBM) so he asked for my number instead. At that instance, i was thinking should i give? should i not? if not, how do i say no? -.- in the end i gave it to him. well, i see no harms.

After school, i went to have lunch at Wendy's and caught 'The Blind Side'. The food was great and the movie was definitely good. And I received a nice dark chocolate gift. well, i was surprised as it was unexpected but it sure does makes me happy. Thank youuuu. It was really fun today.

sick.

I fell sick. Was on the train to school, and i thought i would just puke anytime. It got worse on the way home. Just wanted to reach home as fast as i could. and i wish i could teleport home now :D went to buy chicken rice, and the smell was so strong that i could really really puke! I had to call my sis to actually picked me up from Eunos, i didn't really want to faint when crossing the road. I was on the bed almost the whole day, couldn't even reply people's sms-es because those small words made me dizzy. I am feeling better but i just hope i don't have to go to see doc and skip school.

I smell like an old grandma now. I applied medicated oil on my temple.

well, he sms-ed me again. and as you can see, he was direct. For a moment, i thought he had sent the sms to the wrong person as i find it weird that he started the sms with beautiful. no comment.

I took so long to reply, like thinking real hard of what to say. I guess, i took so long that he had to sms me again asking if i could make it.

I felt really bad, like really really really bad. anyway, i am not going to meet him. but, you know, when you hurt someone (unintentionally), you got this feeling like you have done something wrong. but what's the right thing to do ?

My bag is always heavy, because i always carry my big red water bottle everywhere with me. and today, i decided to bring the whole stack of lect notes in a file. Freaking heavy. and i got frustrated carrying it. hahahaha (crap! i just saw blue black on my arm! it must be because of the super heavy file)


random thing about me #2: i love to sleep. i have to sleep before i am going out. let's say i wake up at 10 am and i am supposed to meet friends at 4 pm, i would try to take nap at 1 pm for an hour.

Buffet, buffet, buffet!

I feel that time passes so fast today. One minute, i was having my break. The next minute, lesson had ended. The next next minute, was already on the way to clementi after staying back in school to meet a friend. I likeeeee!

and I am so going to cut my hair. I know I've said it like 418836478234 mil times. but but....I think I better cut it when I am going back to Indo. like soon..hehe.

While, I am typing this entry, I have been giggling. Well, ever since, my babysis and my babybro came back, the room has been livelier anddddddd....definitely, messier! Piles of clothes everywhere! and my bro would come back smelly from his tennis practise..urgh! but, I love them to the max! not forgetting, my father mother and my gen2dut!

random fact about me #1: I eat bread for breakfast every morning (whenever i have the time and if i don't forget to buy breads for the next day). My friends like to ask what did i have for breakfast and I kept answering them bread, bread, bread. and they stopped asking already.

Butterflies..Butterflies..Baby

I am gonna go way back writing this post. I've gotten a lazy bug. Today i went to eat Crystal Jade at Parkway for dinner and ordered baby kailan with scallop, sweet and sour fish and cereal prawns. It was a bit too many for my friend and I. So we had the cereal prawns packed for home.

On Friday, Went out to this place called The Hangout with my girlfriends! We played console games like Rayman and Guitar Hero. I'm not sure if it's worth the money but we had a good time bonding so it's ok!

On thursday, Had Sarpino's pizza at Tampines with another friend. I think it's better than Pizza hut or Pastamania! The Pizza we ordered had lotsa meats on it. hehe, meats are my fav.

I am going to spend more time studying already. Chiong chiong chiong!!

Woof! Woof!

My room smells Indian Now. EEEEEKKS! One came to check the ceiling of my room. Well, water drops at few places on top of my study table. I did not notice it until i saw all my papers turned wet and yellow. LUCKY, i had moved my mac to my sis's table just because her table was neater. haha.

Couldn't get a good sleep for few days (ok, 2 days for exact number), like I would suddenly think about something that would/ might happen. every possibilities. ok, I know you people don't understand what I'm talking about. haha. It's ok. I'd like to keep this to myself.

Went to eat at Raffles Shopping Centre with a friend. Had a good laugh.
Oh oh, recently, I caught up with Haney! She sure is one attractive and funny woman! I'm glad we talked babe :)

And today's class was a bummer! go to hell Stochastic Process!

Dare you to move

Is it weird to have a nap at 7pm? It is not righhhht?? answer me no. Intended to wake up by 8.30pm but a friend's sms woke me up at 8pm instead and was shocked that i was sleeping.....

Delayed myself from waking up this morning by 20 minutes that was meant for having breakfast. It's always okay to reach a bit late for Monday's class, because this particular lecturer always likes to walk slowly to canteen to get his coffee at the time he's supposed to start opening his mouth talking about economics. Anyway, when i reached the lecture hall, his bag was there except himself, probably getting his coffee. So i still had the time to go pee and got myself a cheese tofu stick for brunch. By the time i went back to class, he's just reached. Just nice!

I won't be surprised if i fall sick anytime soon (probably, cough/ sore throat). I was seated in the middle of my two friends. The one on the left was coughing like mad and the right one was giving the sick face with woods lemon candy besides her pencil box. But choy choy choy (touching my platform bed made of wood), i hope it won't happen because it'd be really troublesome.

and and i took a bet with my friend when i shouldn't. I am supposed to play this ICY TOWER game on facebook and play until my score overtakes my friend's. Time limit: 3rd of Feb. crazy huh. better practise practise practise! If still can't get the hang of it, i'd ask my youngest bro to play with my account. cheating, i know but it is ok as long as i win it. whatever! exam's coming you know.. hahaha

You know, there is reason why i don't reply to your sms-es.

I wish he would just know when to stop and accept NO as an answer. I have been avoiding him which is for his own good! I swear i had not been giving him any false hopes. Recently, he asked me out few times but i always declined.

I did not hear from him for few days and i thought oh okayy, he got it now. But it's not the case. He sms-ed me today, here's the conversations between me and him.

He: My fren said he things he saw u near tiong bahru shopping mall..lol. u thr?

Syl: Uh oh no, i guess your friend saw wrong person :)

He: Lol. said he was damn sure u were opposite the holiday inn hotel..hahaz. now i can go sass him..:)

Syl: Haha no no, i can swear i wasn't there

He: Haha, okok..dunt have to swear, i believe u..:) wad yeh doing now? enjoyed ur long holiday?

and i stopped replying.

reasons?

Firstly, i hate "hahaZ", "dunt" and weird weird english, singlish is ok but not the 'Z' behind haha and 'U' to replace 'O' in don't!! IT TURNS ME OFF.

Secondly, why would he insist on telling me that his friend was sure he saw me? i know i have seen his group of guy friends once. But i did not bother to look at their direction so it's impossible on how his friend could recognize me when, at most, they only saw side view of my face for few seconds (?). are u trying to say i am dumb and don't even know where i was? and let's say i was really at Tiong Bahru, so what? you would ask if you could join me? the answer would be straight no.

Thirdly, instead of getting all the hints in the world, he chose to ask with MORE QUESTIONS. I am not comfortable telling you what i am doing and my holiday was good without you.

I tried to reply him as little as possible to indirectly tell him to "JUST CUT THE CRAP ALREADY! I DON'T TO SMS WITH YOU!". I could say something direct to ask him to go away but i think it's bad to hurt people's feeling in a hard way. That's just me.

and another thing has been bothering me.

Pretty Boy!

Wendy was telling me a story of how our dad thinks Hagen looks like me when i was young. My dad likes to use hairband whenever he's taking his bath and sometimes he would bath Hagen too. One day, when they just finished taking bath, he called out to Wendy and Van2. They saw Hagen was wearing the hairband like a girl and Dad said "look! This is how your elder sis looked like when she was little". haha, my dad is just cute.

so anyway, wendy did take few pics of Hagen wearing the hairband. Unfortunately, She has only uploaded other pics but not him in hairband. weird. So i am just gonna put his other recent pics along with my pics when i was little.


Mind you, he's really cute, two girls in his class sent love letter to him!

Well, not only my dad thinks Hagen looks like me. Even my uncles had commented the same thing.

my babysis and i have been laughing from the moment i waited for her outside the glass window while she was at the baggage claim to the journey home and till now. haha. i love hugging her.

we watched 'law abiding citizen' on her laptop together and it was good, don't really like the ending thou. It was R rated due to its violence and rape, so i hide my face inside my blouse (of course not the whole entire face, just up to my eyes!) when gross scenes came up. my babysis even put the volume on mute while watching Gerrard Butler was about to cut some legs so the effect won't be as scary as compared to when there's the sound of the saw.

on a random note, i hate to watch movies whenever there are raping scenes. my sis downloaded 'The Accused' long time ago, it's based on the real-life gang rape of Cheryl Araujo. this film was one of the first Hollywood films to deal with rape in a direct manner (ok, this sentence is copy and paste directly from wiki). i couldn't stand it and just didn't want to continue watching. i felt like i was really going to puke, because they showed everything like the part where the woman was shouting and crying in help while men was looking and cheering. some men are just too rotten to be alive. oh wait, i think i've wrote about me hating raping scenes in my previous blog. haha. whateverrr. anyway, i'm not saying my sister likes watching these kind of movies, just that she's into movies which are based on real-life story, like documentary and etc.

oh! i've downloaded Adium for my mac, although i am not used to it yet but i think it's a lot cooler and cuter than msn! hee. and i have simpson's look-a-like font! thanks Vince ;)

Good thing about her coming back is i'll have someone to sleep with.
